Sainte Marie Hills (SMH) is a private residential club consisting of fifteen well-appointed short-term rental resort suites. Experience unique ski-in, ski-out access to the lift and exquisite modern amenities that include a rooftop patio spa, an après-ski lounge & restaurant, and business facilities.
Aiming for completion in 2022, Encipher has been working with SMH since conception in 2021 - before ground being broken to build on. Our goal from the beginning has been to increase awareness and exposure for the new luxury rentals coming to Mont Sainte Marie.
In the beginning stages, we consulted with the internal marketing team at Sainte Marie Hills to help them develop a content plan for Instagram to showcase local attractions and scenery around Mont Sainte Marie. This started with helping decide what content should be created and displayed.
Once the IG page had a sufficient amount of content, it was time to gain exposure.
SMH wanted organic followers who would be interested in a slopeside getaway to enjoy Mont Sainte Marie and all it has to offer during both winter and summer months.
To achieve this, Encipher orchestrated a seasons pass giveaway for the ski hill. To enter to win, users had to like, follow, and tag friends in the post.
We worked with local influencers in the tourism, outdoor, and skiing/snowboarding space to bring exposure to the giveaway.
By doing this, we were able to reach thousands of people interested in skiing/snowboarding, travel and the outdoors.
The results brought in nearly 1,000, 100% organic followers from the local region who fit the customer profile for SMH.
Now, before even breaking ground to build, SMH has an engaged audience interested in staying at their rentals once complete.
To drive more exposure and gauge demand for short-term rentals in Mont Sainte Marie, Encipher created targeted Google ads to show up when people were actively searching for rentals in the area.
Through targeted search ads, Encipher was able to generate more exposure and validate that demand is strong for short-term rentals in Mont Sainte Marie.
With ads being delivered over 10,000 times to an in-market audience actively searching, Encipher was able to collect valuable data and build create retargeting lists to stay in touch with potential customers into the future.
As SMH makes building progress, Encipher continues to develop and implement plans to ensure demand is high once the suites are ready for first guests.
